The Department aims at graduating persons in the field of medical physics and providing the relevant institutions with the cadre capable of accomplishing the tasks assigned to him by the graduate's knowledge that makes him a distinguished researcher
1. To carry out research related to the problems of the community and to seek the best solutions, to disseminate these researches internally and externally, which raises the classification of the university.
2. To create an ideal environment for students and researchers through the development of curricula and the applied side, raising the level of the department and its employees.
