The nobjectives are to:

1. Train the student on skills through which he can contribute in the fields related to basic and applied modern sciences and fields of research and development.
2. Upgrade the student personality so that he is skilled in the knowledge and skills that enable him to perform the tasks assigned to him with high efficiency.
3. Qualify master student in theoretical and practical principles of laser.
4. Allow students after graduation to continue their graduate studies, to do advanced research, or to work as a professional laser technician in the areas of laser technology.
5. Contribute in general to sustainable development.
