Professor Tariq Abbas El Bakhit, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Al-Neelain Universiy met with Rector of Bozok Turkish University, Prof. Salih Karacabey, in a meeting held on the sidelines of the Turkish Mevlana Exchange Program, which is organized by Turkish universities to benefit from the academic and scientific expertise outside of Turkey in training and teaching Turkish students, where Professor Tariq (professor at Surgery Department) participated by teaching courses of surgery and endoscopy in addition to doing some surgical operations at the Bozok University Hospital.
Professor Tariq shed a light on Al-Neelain Universiy's preparations to celebrate its Silver Jubilee in 2018 under the auspices of the First Vice-President of the Republic. He also highlighted the potential of the University and its position among Sudanese universities and referred to the large number of students studying at the University which indicates its good reputation.
Rector of Bozok University, Prof. Salih Karacabey expressed his pleasure to the visit. He also expressed their readiness to open broad prospects of cooperation with Al-Neelain Universiy in the future.
