Established in 2010 to perform the following main tasks:
1.    For whatever linked to quality control, the department sets appropriate goals and plans and coordinates with libraries and other departments.
2.    Studies and develops methods of providing information services in the library and works towards utilizing the modern technology to provide such.
3.    Ensures commitment with the standards of the universities libraries in all the aspects
